With a major in law enforcement, Kaiwan has the knowledge and skills to provide top-notch training to individuals looking to obtain a LTC Permit or become a security officer.

Kaiwan has a passion for teaching and instills the importance of proper gun handling, everyday use of force, and elements of safety in his students. He is dedicated to ensuring that each individual is fully equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in their desired career.

Aside from being a dedicated instructor, Kaiwan also serves as an operations manager for State Patrol Services, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to his training courses.
